摘要
本文基于PM2.5大数据、霾和雾天数的历史气象数据和实验数据,从四个方面论证了,实行在线监测、铅封烟气旁路系统以及拆除烟气再加热系统(GGH)后,突然大量增加的湿法脱硫水汽排放污染是2013年雾霾大暴发的主因,并且能够合理解释最近几年治霾取得巨大成绩状况下,雾霾暴发或年际抬头的各种现象。
Based on monitoring of PM2.5 by utilizing big data technology, meteorological and experimental record data, this paper demonstrates in four aspects that the major cause of haze irruption in 2013 is the wet flue-gas desulfurtization steam (wet smoke with low temperature) pollution, which increases rapidly after the implementation of online monitoring, sealed fume bypass hood system and the removal of Gas-gas Heater system (GGH). Additionally, phenomenon such as the smog outbreak still occurs annaually while being controlled under strict political pressure by the government could be rationalized.
