摘要
文章研究已建企业中的组织能力对提高突破性创新(Radical Innovation,RI)绩效的影响。这些组织能力包括开放能力(OC),整合能力(IC),自治能力(AC)与实践能力(EC)。文章提出四个研究假设,分析组织能力与突破性创新之间的关系。通过对我国200家制造企业邮寄调查问卷,文章收集整理了112组相关数据。多元回归结果显示,组织能力与企业突破性创新绩效正相关。最后,文章提出管理建议,以帮助企业提高突破性创新的能力。
The paper examines organizational capabilities for improving performance, with respect to radical innovation (RI), in established firms. These organizational capabilities are openness capability(OC), integration capability(IC), autonomy capability(AC) and experimentation capability(EC). The paper proposes four research hypotheses to examine the relationship between four types of Organizational capabilities and radical innovation performance. A dataset of 112 corporate RI-specific capabilities and innovation performance data, from the 200 Chinese manufacturing firms, is collected via a postal questionnaire surve a positive relationship between organizational capabilities and radical y. in The multiple regression results reveal novation performance. Finally, some managerial recommendations, to develop radical innovation capabilities, are provided.
