公共管理视角下广场舞冲突分析

The Analysis of Square Dance Conflict From The Perspective of Public Management

近年来广场舞日益盛行,它给人们带来积极作用的同时,也产生了噪音扰民以及广场舞群体之间争夺活动场地等社会问题,甚至引发较为严重的广场舞冲突。基于公共管理的视角,本文从社会公共领域治理中公民和政府这两大主体出发,宏观角度与微观角度相结合探讨广场舞冲突的产生原因,并提出相应对策。

In recent years, Square Dancing is increasingly prevalent. Square Dance plays an active role in society, but simuhaneously a number of social issues brings negative influences, such as noises, activity space scramble, or even more serious Square Dance conflicts occurs. Based on the perspective of public administration, this paper proceeds into two principal parts in social public, which are in the view of citizen and government, meanwhile it investigates the reasons that Square Dance occurs from the point of view of macroscopic and microcosmic perspective and put forwards constructive suggestion.
