中医治疗骨伤后期肢体肿胀的临床疗效分析

Analysis on the Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Limb Swelling after Bone Fracture

目的探讨中医治疗骨伤后期肢体肿胀的效果。方法将我院2015年6月—2016年6月收治的骨伤患者进行分析,共有98例患者参与到此次研究中,将这98例患者随机的分成观察组和对照组,每组49例,两组患者都接受为期一个月的治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效进行对比。结果观察组的治疗效果好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨伤后期肢体肿胀的治疗中,采用中医治疗的方式,效果明显,而且不良反应少,值得在临床上应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treating limb swelling in the later stage of bone fracture.Methods Patients with bone injury in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were analyzed. A total of 98 patients were involved in the study,and the 98 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 49 cases in each group. Two groups were treated for one month. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine in treating limb swelling in the later stage of bone fracture has significant effect and less adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical application.
