温经汤联合地屈孕酮治疗肾虚血瘀型原发性痛经51例

Wenjing Decoction combined with Dydrogestrone in the Treatment of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type Primary Dysmenorrhea for 51 Cases

目的探讨温经汤联合地屈孕酮治疗肾虚血瘀型原发性痛经效果。方法选取山西省中医院101例肾虚血瘀型原发性痛经患者,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组50例予以地屈孕酮治疗,观察组51例予以地屈孕酮+温经汤治疗,观察比较两组临床疗效、毒副反应发生情况及经期生活质量(QOL)评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为90.20%(46/51),高于对照组的70.00%(35/50),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组毒副反应发生率为11.76%(6/51),对照组为8.00%(4/50),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药3个月后观察组经期QOL评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温经汤联合地屈孕酮治疗肾虚血瘀型原发性痛经,效果显著,安全性高,可提高患者经期生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of Wenjing decoction combined with dydrogestrone in treating the kidney deficiency and blood stasis type primary dysmenorrhea. Methods 101 cases of patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type primary dysmenorrheal in Shanxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group of 50 cases and observation group of 51 cases. The control group was treated with dydrogestrone,and the observation group was treated with dydrogesterone and Wenjing decoction. The clinical effect,side effects and menstrual quality of life（ QOL） scores were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 90. 20%（ 46/51） which was higher than 70. 00%（ 35/50） in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of side effects between the observation group11. 76%（ 6/51） and the control group 8. 00%（ 4/50）（ P〉0. 05）. The menstrual QOL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after 3 months of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Wenjing decoction combined with progesterone in the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type primary dysmenorrhea has a significant effect and high safety,and can improve the menstrual quality of life of patients.
