中药穴位敷贴对肝肾阴虚型原发性高血压患者血压及临床症状的影响

Effect of Acupoint Application of Chinese Herbs on Blood Pressure and Clinical Symptoms of Primary Hypertension Patients of Yin Deficiency of Liver and Kidney

目的研究中药穴位敷贴对肝肾阴虚型原发性高血压患者血压及改善临床症状的影响。方法选取我院68例肝肾阴虚型原发性高血压患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组予以常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加以中药穴位敷贴,比较治疗后第2、4个疗程患者血压变化及中医症候评分。结果观察组血压下幅度高于对照组,症候评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位敷贴明显降低肝肾阴虚型原发性高血压患者血压,改善患者症状,这一治疗方案值得临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of acupoint application of Chinese herbs on blood pressure and clinical symptoms of primary hypertension patients of yin deficiency of liver and kidney. Methods 68 cases of primary hypertension patients of yin deficiency of liver and kidney were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given acupoint application of Chinese herbs on the basis of in the conventional treatment. At the second and forth course of treatment,the changes of blood pressure and TCM symptom score between the two groups was compared. Result Comparing with the control group,the decline of blood pressure of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The acupoint application of Chinese herbs can significantly reduce blood pressure and improve the symptoms of patients with essential hypertension. This therapy is worthy of clinical promotion.
