茵陈蒿汤联合西药治疗湿热中阻型重度慢乙肝的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Yinchenhao Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Severe Chronic Hepatitis B of Dampness-heat Retention in the Middle-jiao Syndrome

目的探讨茵陈蒿汤与西药联合治疗湿热中阻型重度慢乙肝患者的临床效果。方法随机选择2014年—2016年期间进行治疗的96例湿热中阻型重度慢乙肝患者作为研究对象,根据患者治疗顺序将其分成观察组和对照组,各48例。对照组患者单纯采用西药治疗,观察组患者在西药治疗的基础上,配合茵陈蒿汤联合治疗。治疗3周后对两组患者的治疗效果以及两组患者的肝功能指标变化情况进行比较。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组患者的治疗有效率,且观察组患者的肝功能指标改善情况明显优于对照组患者的肝功能指标改善情况,两组患者比较差异具有统计学意义。结论采用茵陈蒿汤与西药联合治疗的方式对于重度慢乙肝患者肝功能的改善效果更加显著,且安全性较高,值得在临床治疗中推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yinchenhao decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of severe chronic hepatitis B of dampness-heat retention in the middle-jiao syndrome. Methods Forty-nine patients with severe hepatitis B of dampness-heat retention in the middle-jiao syndrome were randomly selected from 2014 to 2016. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of treatment. The patients in the control group were treated with Western medicine alone. The patients in the observation group were treated with Yinchenhao decoction on the basis of Western medicine. Three weeks after treatment,the therapeutic effect of the two groups and liver function changes were compared. Results The effective rate o in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the improvement of the liver function index of the observation group was better than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion The combination of Yinchenhao decoction and Western medicine is more effective in the improvement of liver function in patients with severe chronic hepatitis B,and it is more safe and worthy of promotion in clinical treatment.
