针刺加灸翳风穴并电磁波照射治疗面神经麻痹

Acupuncture and Moxibustion Yifeng(TE17) Combined with Electromagnetic Wave Irradiation in the Treatment of Facial Nerve Paralysis

目的观察针刺加灸翳风穴刺络拔罐并电磁波照射治疗面神经麻痹临床疗效。方法 54例针刺常规取穴,加灸翳风穴并刺络拔罐,电磁波患侧面部及耳后照射治疗,每日1次,10天为一个疗程,疗程最长20天以上,最短15天以内。结果 54例周围性面神经麻痹患者经治疗后痊愈50例(92.59%),显效1例(1.85%),有效3例(5.56%)。结论针刺加灸翳风穴刺络拔罐并电磁波照射治疗,疗效显著,优于常规治疗。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion Yifeng（TE17） combined with electromagnetic wave irradiation in the treatment of facial nerve paralysis. Methods 54 cases were given acupuncture and conventional acupuncture,moxibustion and cupping Yifeng（TE17）,electromagnetic wave and ipsilateral facial ear after irradiation,1 time a day,and 10 days was a course of treatment. The longest course over 20 days,and the shortest course less 15 days. Results fter treatment,50 cases（92. 59%） were cured,1 case（1. 85%） were markedly effective,and 3 cases were effective（5. 56%）. Conclusion The acupuncture and moxibustion Yifeng（TE17） combined with electromagnetic wave irradiation in the treatment of facial nerve paralysis has significantly curative effect,which is better the conventional therapy.
