临床诊治荨麻疹65例 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析并探讨荨麻疹的病因、临床表现及中西医结合治疗效果。方法选取2016年3月—2016年10月在辽宁中医药大学第一附属医院住院的急慢性荨麻疹65例患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性总结分析。结果急性荨麻疹多由饮食药物或感染所致,慢性荨麻疹的病因复杂,需详细询问病史,并结合相应的实验室检查等。根据病因及临床表现给予中药汤剂、耳穴压豆、穴位贴敷等及维生素C、复方甘草酸苷制剂、抗组胺药等综合效果良好。临床治愈6例,显效19例,有效39例,无效1例。结论治疗急性荨麻疹关键是去除病因,脱敏对症治疗以控制病情,对于慢性荨麻疹最好结合中医辨证施治。
