肛肠术后中医护理干预对排便的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Intervention on Defecation after Anorectal Surgery

目的研究并分析对肛肠术后患者使用中医护理干预后对其排便的影响及效果。方法收集肛肠手术患者共40例,按照随机数字表将其分为对照组(20例)和观察组(20例),对照组接受常规术后护理,观察组联合中医护理干预,将两组护理总有效率、排便困难症状积分进行观察和对比。结果相较于对照组,观察组的护理总有效率更高;在排便困难症状积分方面,观察组均显著低于对照组,均P<0.05。结论在肛肠手术患者的术后护理过程中,中医护理干预能够使患者的排便困难症状得到显著改善,从而有助于促进患者康复,并改善其生存质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To study and analyze the influence and effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on defecation after anorectal surgery. Methods a total of 40 cases anorectal surgery patients were randomly divided into control group（20 cases） and observation group（20 cases）. The control group received routine postoperative nursing. The observation group was also given TCM nursing intervention. The total effective rate and difficult defecation symptoms were observed and compared. Results Comparing with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher. In the aspect of symptoms of defecation difficulties,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group P〈0. 05. Conclusion In patients with anorectal surgery postoperative nursing process,TCM nursing intervention can significantly improve defecation symptoms,which helps to promote the rehabilitation of patients,improve their quality of life,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
