中医护理对老年膝骨关节炎患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on Quality of Life for Aged Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的分析中医护理在膝骨关节炎老年患者中应用效果。方法选择2015年8月—2016年8月入院的64例膝骨关节炎老年患者分对照组与实验组各32例,对照组行常规护理,实验组行中医护理,将两组患者护理后生活质量情况进行对比。结果护理后,实验组患者在生理功能、生理技能、社会功能及躯体疼痛等生活质量评分明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对老年膝骨关节炎患者行中医护理可显著提高其生活质量,应用价值高。

Objective To analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on quality of life of aged patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods Sixty-four elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted from August 2015 to August 2016 were divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing. The experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing. Quality of life were compared. Results After treatment,the quality of life of patients with physiological function,physiological function,social function and physical pain of the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing for elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis can significantly improve the quality of life,and has high application value.
