舒适护理在中药穴位贴敷治疗慢阻肺中的应用

The Application of Comfortable Nursing in Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的研究舒适护理在中药穴位贴敷治疗慢阻肺中的应用效果。方法以2015年1月—2016年1月期间,我院收治的114例慢阻肺患者为研究对象,分组以抽签方式进行,分为参照组与试验组,各57例。两组患者采取同样的治疗方案,即在西医治疗基础上进行中药穴位贴敷治疗,参照组患者给予常规护理干预,试验组患者给予舒适护理,对比两组患者的治疗有效率以及肺功能指标。结果试验组患者的治疗总有效率为92.98%,显著优于参照组的78.95%,对比之下,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较两组的肺功能,治疗前,差异微小,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,均显著改善,与治疗前比,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而试验组患者改善更明显,对比之下,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对采取中药穴位贴敷治疗的慢阻肺患者舒适护理,能有效提升治疗有效率,更好地改善患者的肺功能,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of comfortable nursing in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016,114 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into control group and experimental group. Two groups of patients took the same treatment program,on the basis of the Western medicine,patients were given acupoint application. The control group was given routine care intervention,the experimental group was given comfortable care. The effective rate and lung function indicators was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92. 98% which was significantly better than that of the control group（78. 95%）. The difference was significant（P〈0. 05）. Before treatment,the lung function between the experimental group and the control group had no difference（P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the lung function between the experimental group and the control group had difference,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion It is effective to improve the effectiveness of the patients in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the lung function of the patients.
