Constructing a New Ethnic Group among Compatriots——The Practice of Policy for Outside Compatriots in Korea and the Chinese Koreans

在韩国的"同胞政策"实践中,为了本国利益,适时调整其"同胞"的边界,采取了种种区隔性策略。在此过程中,赴韩的中国朝鲜族在"同胞国度"成了"新族群"。剖析"同胞"概念所蕴含的政治经济学逻辑,不仅扩展对"同胞"概念的理解,也有助于我们加深对"族群"现象的理解。

In the practice of the compatriot policy,South Korea made a timely adjustment of the boundary of compatriot for its national interests and adopted all kinds of segmentation strategies. In this process,the Chinese Koreans living in South Korea became a new ethnic group in this compatriot country. An analysis of the political and economic logic embodied in the concept of compatriot can not only expand our understanding of its concept,but also can deepen our understanding of the phenomenon of ethnic group.
