机场周边既有住宅隔声改造后评估案例研究 被引量:1

摘要 按照诊断性后评估的程序与方法,对某机场周边既有住宅隔声降噪工程进行了使用后评估。评估的内容包括社区的整体环境质量、改造后室内外声环境、居住舒适度、隔声门窗使用情况、改造后阳台的使用情况以及居民针对隔声改造工程的意见与建议等7个方面。通过24h噪声监测、居民问卷调查、入户访谈,以及技术座谈会等方式,得出了初步结论。综观各项评价标准,可知该住宅隔声改造工程的综合效果较好,住宅室内声环境较改造前有了明显的改善,且居民的居住舒适度得到了一定程度的提升。但是在阳台的使用便利性、隔声门窗开启设计、项目施工管理、隔声措施的系统性、飞机噪声的针对性以及适老性设计等方面仍存在一定的改进空间。 In accordance with the procedures and methods for post-diagnosis evaluation, this article conducts the post- occupancy evaluation for the noise reduction project for the existing residence around the airport. The contents of evaluation include 7 aspects, including community's overall environmental quality, indoor and outdoor acoustic environment after the transformation, living comfort, performance of sound insulation doors and windows, performance of balcony after the transformation and residents' comments and suggestions for sound insulation transformation project. Through 24h noise monitoring, resident questionnaire survey, household interview, and technical seminars, etc., it concludes the preliminary conclusion. Based on the various evaluation criteria, we can see the comprehensive effect of residential sound insulation transformation project is pretty good, residents' indoor acoustic environment after the transformation has been significantly improved, and the residents living comfort has been a certain degree of improvement. However, there still has some room for improvement, such as the convenience of balcony's using, opening design of soundproof windows and doors, construction management of project, systematic design of sound insulation measures, special measures for aircraft noise and design considerations for elderly.
