摘要
该文基于飞思卡尔核心控制器MC9S12XEP100设计了一款纯电动物流车整车控制器,包括硬件设计、应用软件设计,并进行了整车控制系统的集成设计和测试验证。硬件设计充分考虑接口和使用环境的强干扰,采用防护性强的硬件电路布局布线;应用软件设计制定了整车控制策略、CAN通信管理、加速踏板解析策略、制动能量回收系统以及故障诊断及处理措施;基于外围硬件电路对整车控制器需采集的模拟量信号和开关量信号进行集成设计,并结合标定系统模拟整车运行环境,对整车行驶性能进行验证。试验结果表明,开发的整车控制器能满足整车需求,制定的控制策略能正确解析驾驶员意图,实现预期功能。
The design and application of a vehicle control unit for pure electric logistic vehicle based on a MCU of MC9S12XEP100 made by freescale semiconductor,including PCB design,software framework,CAN communication management,control strategy,accelerating pedal calculation,braking energy recovery and fault diagnosis and processing.In addition,PCB was careful designed for the probable interference and the typical need of electric logistic vehicle.Based on the hardware circuit to test the analog and switch signal module of vehicle control unit with integration designing,combining with the calibration system to simulate the vehicle environment,the vehicle performance was tested.Experimental results show that the developed vehicle control unit can meet the needs of the vehicle and the control strategy can correctly implement the driver's intention,realizing the predetermined function.
