摘要
分散控制系统在电厂过程控制中发挥着举足轻重的作用,目前因系统容错与冗余功能可靠性低导致机组跳闸、降出力的事件越来越多,如何测试DCS系统容错与冗余功能越来越具有现实的意义。该文从实际应用角度系统阐述DCS容错与冗余功能,并给出控制器冗余切换、控制系统电源冗余切换、通信网络的冗余切换测试等具体项目的关键测试方法和实际测试结果。这些测试方法已经在多台机组中成功应用,对现场开展DCS性能测试具有借鉴意义。
Distributed control system plays an important role in the power plant process control,due to the current system of fault tolerance and redundancy function of low reliability,reducing the output of unit trip caused more and more events,how to test DCS system fault tolerance and redundancy function more and more practical significance.Describes the DCS fault tolerance and redundancy function from the practical point of the system,and gives the controller redundancy switching control system,power supply switching,communication network redundancy switching test project specific key test methods and test results.These test methods have been successfully applied in many units,which can be used as reference for field DCS performance test.
