"人类命运共同体"语词主要应用于"科学研究"和"理论——实践"两种语境中。"人类命运共同体"概念实现了语词载体的创造,思想内涵质的攀升,概念外延质的扩大。"人类命运共同体"作为科学概念和战略构想,它在学理层面和实践层面发挥着复合效用。
The term human fate community is mainly used in two contexts： scientific research,theory and practice. The creation of the term indicates the innovation and creativity of language,the escalation of the ideological connotation,the extension of its denotative meanings. As a scientific term and strategic concept,human fate community plays a dual effect at theoretical and practice level.
