Non-governmental organizations play important roles in maintaining social harmony and stability.In the background of social transformation,basic obligations of trade unions include safeguarding lawful rights and interests of corporate staff and people.They also assume the responsibility of uniting corporate staff and people,as well as attaining economic and political objectives.Trade unions of all different levels should adhere to the spirit of the meeting on non-governmental organizations by Party Central Committee,fulfil comprehensive obligations from aspects of social government,social integration,social control and cultural identity.
