摘要 原油加热炉的技术水平及装备状况直接影响到油田地面工程建设的技术水平与经济效益,过剩空气系数与排烟热损失、气体不完全燃烧热损失及加热炉热效率有着直接的关系,通过理论分析过剩空气系数与排烟热损失、气体不完全燃烧热损失的关系,研究其对原油加热炉热效率的影响,可得出过剩空气系数实际应用的最佳范围。通过现场测1.7 MW加热炉,单台加热炉年可节约用气4.08×10~4m^3,年可节约生产投入4.08万元。 The technical level and equipment condition of crude oil heating furnace have a direct influence on the technical level and economic benefit of oilfield ground engineering construction.The excess air coefficient is directly related to the heat loss of exhaust gas, the heat loss of incom-plete combustion of gas and the thermal efficiency of heating furnace. Theoretically analyzing the relationship between excess air coefficient and heat loss of exhaust gas and heat loss of incomplete combustion of gas and researching its influence to the efficiency of crude oil heating furnace can obtain the optimum range of practical application of excess air coefficient. By measuring heating furnace on site, it is found that the annual gas saving of a single heating furnace reaches at 4.08 ×10~4m^3 and annual production savings is 40 thousand and 800 yuan.
