摘要 加热炉做为油田主要的用能设备之一,其能耗一直居高不下,而且燃油加热炉的排放一直无法达到国家环保要求。针对这些问题,对华北油田某联合站采用热电联供技术进行加热炉燃油替代,技术应用后站内伴生气可全部回收利用,满足站内全部用电及用热需求,年节约费用100万元,解决了伴生气放空造成的浪费和环境污染问题,社会和经济效益显著,成熟后可在各油田推广使用。 As the main energy-using equipment in the oilfield, the consumption of heating furnace is always high. Also, the emission of fuel heating furnace has been unable to meet the national environmental protection requirement. To solve these problems, cogeneration technology is adopted to improve the heating furnace fuel substitution. All associated gas in station can be recycled after technology application and can meet the overall demand of using power and heating, which leads to annual cost saving by 1 million yuan and solving the problems of associated gas venting waste and environmental pollution. The social and economic benefit is remarkable and the technology can be used widely in various fields after ripe.
