采用“五位一体”措施方案机制延长油井免修期

Adopting the “Five in One” Measures Mechanism to Extend the Exemption Period of the Oil Well

针对油田特高含水开发中后期自然递减加剧,作业免修期缩短,产能逐年下降,油气吨能耗指标存在着上升趋势等问题,提出了以培养优质方案、减少无效工作量为工作目标。建立作业、采油、地质、工艺、后勤保障"五位一体"措施方案管理机制延长油井免修期,介绍了"五位一体"措施方案管理机制的主要内容,实施3项保障措施,并对"五位一体"措施方案管理机制的实施效果进行综合效益评价分析。实践证明,采用"五位一体"措施方案机制是延长油井免修期,提升油田整体开发质量,降低油田开发系统整体能耗的一种有效手段,具有良好的推广应用价值。

Aiming at the problems including extra high water cut development period of natural decline intensifies, the exemption period of operation becomes short, the production capacity decreases year by year, tons of oil and gas consumption index has an upward trend, we propose a 'five in one' measures management mechanism composed of operations, oil, geology, technology, logis-tics to cultivate high quality solutions and reduce the invalid workload. This paper introduces the main contents of the 'five in one' measures management mechanism, implement three safeguard measures and comprehensively evaluate the benefit of the implementation effect of the'five in one' measures management mechanism. Practice proves that this the 'five in one'measures management mechanism is an effective measure to extend the working life of the oil well, improve the overall quality of oilfield development and reduce the overall energy consumption of oilfield development system, which has a good application value.
