急性呼吸窘迫综合征机械通气的研究进展 被引量：22

摘要 自从Ashbaugh等[1]在1967年首次提出了急性呼吸窘迫综合征（acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS）这一概念,为了提高ARDS的临床诊断正确率,ARDS的标准不断在更新。2012年,发布了新的共识定义和ARDS严重程度的分级标准,即＂柏林标准＂,即明确诱因下一周内出现的急性或进展性呼吸困难;胸部X线平片或胸部CT显示双肺浸润影,
