仙鹤草对糖尿病小鼠血糖的影响研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察仙鹤草对糖尿病小鼠血糖的影响。方法雄性昆明小鼠腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立糖尿病小鼠模型。将建模成功的糖尿病小鼠随机分为模型对照组、仙鹤草高(24 g/kg)、中、(12 g/kg)低(6 g/kg)剂量组、药物对照组(盐酸二甲双胍(0.75 g/kg),另设空白对照组及正常小鼠+仙鹤草高剂量对照组。每组8只,每天定点经口灌胃,共30 d。观察小鼠体重、饮食情况、尿量、精神和运动状态、血糖的变化。结果与小鼠初始血糖(建模后的血糖浓度)相比,模型对照组小鼠血糖浓度上升了10 mmol/L左右,仙鹤草高剂量组小鼠血糖浓度降低了3 mmol/L左右,药物对照组小鼠血糖浓度降低了12.5 mmol/L左右。与模型对照组相比,仙鹤草高剂量组和药物对照组均能降低糖尿病小鼠的血糖(P<0.05),同时还发现仙鹤草低剂量组和中剂量组对糖尿病小鼠的血糖无明显降低作用(P>0.05)。仙鹤草对正常小鼠的血糖无明显影响(P>0.05)。结论仙鹤草能降低链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病小鼠的血糖值。 Objective To observe the effects of Herba Agrimoniae on blood glucose in hyperglycemia mice.Methods A mouse model of hyperglycemia was established by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin( STZ) in male Kunming mice. The hyperglycemia mice were randomly divided into model group,high( 24 g/kg),medium( 12 g/kg) and low dose( 6 g/kg) of Herba Agrimoniae group,and drug control group( metformin hydrochloride,0. 75 g/kg). In addition,blank control group and normal + high dose of Herba Agrimoniae control group were controlled. Eight mice in each group were given intragastric administration every day for 30 days. The changes of weight,volume diet,urine output,mental and motor status,blood glucose of mice were observed.Results Compared with the initial blood glucose value,the blood glucose concentration of model control group was increased by about 10 mmol/L,the blood glucose concentration of high dose group was decreased by about 3mmol/L,and the blood glucose concentration of drug control group was decreased by about 12. 5 mmol/L. Compared with the model control group,the blood glucose levels could be reduced in the high dose group and the drug control group( P〈0. 05). At the same time,the effects of low dose and medium dose of Herba Agrimoniae on the hyperglycemic mice were not observed( P〈0. 05). And Herba Agrimoniae had no significant effect on blood glucose in normal mice( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Herba Agrimoniae can reduce the blood glucose levels in streptozotocin-induced hyperglycemia mice.
