摘要 活系统模型(VSM)基于贝尔递归原理和艾什比的必要多样性定律,囊括五个环环相扣,协同共生的子系统,在管理实践中取得了瞩目的成就。作为一种成熟的系统科学应用理论,必然也应该体现出系统哲学的基本原理,他们包括自组织涌现律、层次转化律、结构功能律、整体优化律和差异协同律。理解和思考VSM模型中蕴含的系统哲学原理,既是为系统哲学的完善提供一些科学佐证,同时也有通过系统哲学为VSM模型的改进提供新进路之意。 Viable System Model (VSM) is constructed on Baer recursive principle and law of necessary diversity, which includes five closely linked and synergistic subsystems. AS a mature theory in the field of system science, VSM also reflects system philosophy principles, including self-organizing and emergence law, hierarchical transformation law, structural functional law, whole optimization law and law of difference. By this means, we can provide some experience to improve system philosphy as well as discover new access to mend VSM itself under the guidance of system philosophy.
