大数据在制造业企业成本管理中的应用研究

Research onthe Application of Big Data in the Cost Management of Manufacturing Enterprise

通过对目前大数据在制造业企业成本管理中的具体应用分析,发现大数据在制造业企业成本管理应用中存在着如何实现数据标准化管理、人为因素导致数据管理成本高、成本管理数据的安全保障等方面的问题,提出制造业企业应采取成立成本大数据管理中心、打造智能物联网生产线、设置成本数据安全管理机制等相应措施,从而达到依托大数据提升成本管理水平,提高制造业企业核心竞争力的目的。

Through the function analysis about the application of the big data in the cost management, there are some problems for big data which exists in the data standard management and high cost for data management, and also for safety guarantee. For manufac- turing enterprise, they should adopt some measures for building data center for cost management, also set mechanism for safety data centre for cost management. And then they can reach the goal for the improvement of core competence by big date ＇ s function for promoting levels of cost management.
