Disintegration and Refactoring: the Challenges of Beautiful-Village Construction in the Setting of Urban-rural Integration

在城乡二元结构解体、城乡一体化发展的并行时期,我国美丽乡村建设主要面临着三方面的挑战:传统农业生产结构解体、传统农村社会结构瓦解及传统乡村文化和生态环境适应不良。这些问题是中国社会经济发展特定历史阶段的产物,应置于城乡一体化发展的前提下思考应对之道。我国美丽乡村建设需依法加强农村社会有效治理,多方推动农村经济模式创新,不断丰富乡村文化的内容与内涵,并全面开展农村生态环境治理,真正使农村实现社会美、经济美、文化美和生态美。

At the stage of the urban-rural dual structure disintegrating and urban-rural integrating coexistence, the construction of beautiful-village are facing three challenges： the traditional agricultural production structure are disintegrating, the traditional rural so- cial structure are collapsing, and the traditional rural culture and ecological environment are maladaptive. These challenges are the products of the special history of Chinese society and economy development. In this case, they should be put in the precondition of ur- ban-rural integrating to find out the better option. We should enhance the effective governance of rural society judicially, promote the model innovation of rural economy entirely, and enrich the content and connotation of rural culture continually. In addition, we should carry out the ecological environment recovery promptly. Only in this way, the villages will be the beautiful in society, economy, culture and environment.
