自媒体时代,网络舆论交互成为普遍的社会现象。当前网络舆论生态环境复杂,基于各种思潮,不同立场,网民们在网络社区中对热点事件或历史事件等发出不同声音,在体现言论权和监督权的同时其中一些极端或偏向性情绪也不同程度的干涉了司法和社会秩序。必须通过健全政府政务公开制度,加强教育机制,建设常设队伍,健全法制体系四个维度维护正常舆论秩序,创建绿色网络舆论生态环境。

In We-media era, the interaction of network public opinion become a common social phenomenon. The ecological envi- ronment of current network of public opinion is complex. Based on a variety of ideological trends and different positions, Internet users posted different statements online community about some controversial issues or historical events. In the process of expressing the right of speech and supervision, some of the extreme or biased emotions interfere with the judicial and social order in different degrees. Through the establishment of sound government affairs public system, strengthening the educational mechanism, building a standing team, and improving the legal system four dimensions to maintain the normal public opinion order, a green ecological environment of network public opinions can be created.
