摘要
工匠精神蕴含的深远内涵与高校辅导员独特的职业特点紧密契合,在促进辅导员自身成长成才,实现"立德树人"根本任务和专业化建设发展,应对新时期思想政治工作挑战等方面有着重要的借鉴价值。辅导员、高校和政府等都应借助工匠精神的价值引导作为建设思路,全面推进高校辅导员职业能力的提升发展。
The far-reaching meaning of craftsman spirit is closely matched with the unique vocational characteristics of higher institution counselors, and offers significant reference value in promoting counselor growth, realizing the basic objective of ＂erecting morality and training students＂ and of specialization development, and coping with the challenges in political and ideological work of the new era. Counselors, higher institutions and governments shall resort to craftsman spirit as the value guidance to push the vocational capability enhancement and development of higher institution counselors comprehensively.
