基于就业质量分析报告的山西高校就业态势分析

Analysis on the Employment Situation for Undergraduates in Shanxi Based on the Report of Employment Quality

文章选择山西省本科层次高校为样本,利用高校就业信息网公布的大学生就业质量分析报告本科生2015年就业数据,从就业基本情况、就业方式、就业率、就业职业、行业分布、地域分布、就业指导等方面,对山西省高校本科生就业态势做了调研分析,提出了改善创业、就业及其培训、孵化环境的五个一体化可操作性途径:经济与教育一体化;创业教育与孵化基地建设一体化;SIYB培训与网络创业教育一体化;计划、规划、认证一体化;特色专业、特色方向建设一体化。

By selecting samples from some universities in Shanxi province,and using the data about the employment of undergraduates in 2015 issued in the report of employment quality by the university information network,a research and analysis was made on employment situation of undergraduates in colleges and universities in Shanxi province,relating to the respects including the basic situation of employment,employment modes,employment rate,employment occupation,industry,regional distribution,employment guidance,etc. Then,five integrated operational ways were put forward to improve the entrepreneurship,employment and training and hatching environment： integration of education and economy,integration of the construction of incubator bases and entrepreneurship education,integration of SIYB training and network entrepreneurship education,integration of planning,programing and certification,and lastly,the integration of the construction of characteristic specialty and characteristic direction.
