基于学生管理视角的高职院校课堂文明建设探究

基于当前高职院校学生课堂行为缺失现象,分析课堂文明行为缺失的主要原因,从学生管理角度提出:开展课堂文明建设要充分发挥学生党员和学生干部的模范带头作用、辅导员管理教育作用、专业教师优势教育作用及学校精细化管理作用,形成课堂文明教育的合力,推动课堂文明建设发展。
