摘要 目前高校体育教学仍未摆脱"重体轻育"的模式,在教学过程中教师对学生身体锻炼非常重视,而对如何引导学生追求体育价值、实现人文素养与体育教学相结合却重视不够。高校体育应将人文理念和人文素养融入到教学过程中,创造校园体育文化氛围,增强体育教学与人文关怀的契合度,在提高学生身体素质的同时,进一步丰富学生的人文素质,从而达到全面发展的最终目的。 At present, the college physical education has not yet got rid of the model of appreciating physical training but neglecting moral cultivation. In teaching, teachers give great attention to students' physical mining, but give insuffi- cient emphasis to students' pursuit of sports value and their achievement of the combination of humanistic quality and physical education. The humanistic idea and the humanistic quality should be integrated into the college physical educa- tion, the campus sports culture atmosphere improved, the combination of physical education and humanistic concern en- hanced, and students' humanistic quality enriched while students' physical quality improved further so as to achieve the ultimate goal of overall physical and mental development.
