构件比刚度结构效能提升设计方法及其应用 被引量:4

摘要 针对构件结构静动态特性研究中如何有效确定优化设计对象、衡量优化设计结果的问题,引入了比刚度结构效能概念,提出了构件比刚度结构效能提升设计方法和步骤。从三个方面探讨了构件比刚度结构效能提升设计方法:一是量化构件结构静动态特性,通过比刚度结构效能概念把构件的质量、最大变形量和固有频率及构件材料的弹性模量这4个重要特性指标进行整合,得到比刚度结构效能数值,从而量化构件结构静动态特性;二是综合运用拓扑优化和多目标优化,找出优化设计对象,优化构件结构;三是计算构件动态比刚度结构效能数值和静态比刚度结构效能数值验证构件比刚度结构效能的提升。通过把比刚度结构效能提升设计方法应用到龙门机床动横梁构件优化设计中,优化后的动横梁构件静态比刚度结构效能数值平均提升了41.2%,动态比刚度结构效能数值提升了5.5%,验证了构件比刚度结构效能提升设计的有效性。 Based on the matters of how to determine effectively optimal design objects and to measure optimal design results in the research of the static and dynamic characters of link structure, this paper introduces the concept of specific stiffness structural efficiency (SSSE), and proposes the design method and steps of the promotion of SSSE of links. There are three aspects to discuss the design method of the promotion of SSSE of links. Firstly, the static and dynamic characters of link structure are quantized and according to the concept of SSSE, the numerical value of SSSE is obtained the integra- tion of the four important parameters, such as the weight of the link, the maximum deformation, the natural frequency and the elastic module of structural materials. Secondly, the multi - objective optimization and the topology optimization are applied, optimal design objects are found, and the link structure is optimized. Lastly, the performance is evaluated by com- puting the static SSSE and the dynamic SSSE. The proposed design method is applied to the optimal design of gantry ma- chine tool moving beam link. The numeric value of the static SSSE of the optimized link is increased by 41.2% ,and the numeric value of the dynamic one is increased by 5.5 %. The effectiveness of the design of the promotion of SSSE is dem- onstrated.
