福清口岸出入境人员传染病监测结果分析

Analysis on Surveillance Results of Infectious Diseases among Entry-exit Personnel at Fuqing Port

目的分析福清口岸出入境传染病感染情况,正确评估出入境人员健康风险,为传染病监测工作提供依据。方法对2012-2016年福清口岸出入境人员传染病监测资料进行分析统计。结果6年间共进行传染病监测24715人,检出各种传染病2971例,总检出率12.02%;其中乙肝表面抗原(HBs Ag)阳性11.52%,梅毒抗体阳性0.23%,丙型肝炎抗体(抗-HCV)0.23%,艾滋病病毒抗体阳性0.04%。不同性别、人员类别、年龄组传染病感染率有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同年份传染病感染率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 HBs Ag阳性、梅毒和抗-HCV阳性是福清口岸出入境人员的主要传染病,劳务人员、交通员工、商务人员、旅游探亲是重点监测对象。

Objective to analyze the surveillance results of infectious diseases among entry-exit personnel at Fuqing port, evaluate the health risks rightly and provide a scientific basis for disease surveillance at ports.Methods The data of infectious diseases among entry-exit personnel at Fuqing port from 2012 to 2016 were investigated and analyzed. Results A total of 24715 persons have been medical tested in past six years and2971 cases were found. The total detection rate was 12.02%. The detection rate of HBs Ag, syphilis, anti-HCV and HIV-antibody were 11.52%,0.23%,0.23% and 0.04%. Detection rate in different sex, age and occupation is statistically significant（P 〈0.01）; Detection rate in different years has no statistical significance（P 〉0.05）.Conclusion HBs Ag positive, syphilis and anti-HCV positive are major infectious diseases among entry-exit personnel at Fuqing port. Labor, transport persons, businessmen and tourism employees are the focus monitoring objects.
