摘要
21世纪初,随着无线通信、互联网等技术的发展,“有桩”公共自行车开始在世界范围内兴起。2016年底,“无桩”公共自行车,作为移动互联网共享经济的一种新模式在内地大中型城市获得了飞速发展,摩拜、OFO、小蓝等无桩共享单车以井喷的方式投入市场,满足和迎合了当今人们低碳、绿色出行的需要,各大竞争企业对共享单车的研究和投入也非常可观,本文从中国共享单车的发展概况、专利技术发展和核心专利布局的情况出发,对共享单车专利申请量、核心专利技术、核心申请人等进行了数据统计分析,并对共享单车的核心专利进行了分析探讨,着重解析智能锁结构、开锁方式、租赁系统等核心技术,探讨共享单车未来发展的制约、繁荣背后的隐患等问题。
In the early of the 21 century, with the development of wireless communication and intemet technology, "pile" public bicycles began to rise all over the world. At the end of the 2016, "no piles" public bicycles as a new mode of economy had been developing rapidly in large and medium-sized city of China, such as Mobike, OFO, Bluegogo, which met people's need of low-carbon and green travel, the competitive enterprise's research and investment were also very impressive. This paper discussed from the development history, patent application and the core technology of patents in China, made statistical analysis of the data, and emphatically analyzed the core technology of intelligent lock structure, unlocking mode and rental system, to explore the future of bicycle sharing and problems hidden behind the prosperity.
