摘要
专利分析中数据清洗和统计的熟练程度决定了整体工作效率。数据透视表虽然可以实现数据统计分析功能,但是对多条件,大批量,自动化的数据统计需求,其显得力不从心。本文在挖掘EXCEL函数功能的基础上,系统梳理了0-1交叉矩阵法的基本原理,并给出了利用该方法进行数据统计的实际应用实例,希望本文能够起到抛砖引玉的效果,帮助专利分析工作者提高数据处理工作的效率。
The proficiency of date cleansing and statistics determine the overall efficiency in patent analysis. Although Pivot Table can realize the function of data statistics and analysis, but for many conditions, large quantities, automated data statistics needs, Pivot Table seems powerless. This article, based on mining the function of EXCEL function, summarizes the basic principle of 0-1 cross matrix method, and gives practical application examples of data statistics via this method. Hoping that this article can play a role in helping researchers to improve the efficiency of data processing.
