基于发明构思确定CPC分类号的检索策略在车辆传动领域的应用

摘要 在车辆传动领域中,发明专利申请的权利要求通常会对多组齿轮之间的啮合与布置关系、齿轮与轴的连接及布置关系进行保护,且其独立权利要求一般较长。而在检索中,根据复杂的啮合、连接与布置关系往往很难确定出准确的基本检索要素及关键词,也很难制定出有效的检索策略。此时,需要脱离权利要求文字的表述,先从不同角度确定出发明构思,然后根据确定出的发明构思寻找准确的CPC分类号,最后紧密围绕申请的发明构思及CPC分类号确定检索策略进行检索。本文即从三个实际案例介绍基于发明构思确定CPC分类号的检索策略在车辆传动领域的应用。 In the field of gearing, the claims of the invention patent applications usually protect the relationships of connection and arrangement between gears and shafts. Their independent claims are generally long. While in searching processions, it is often difficult to determine the accurate basic elements and key words according to the complicated relationships of meshing, connection and arrangements. It is also hard to work out effective searching strategies. At this time, we need to get rid of the bondage of the text expression of claims, firstly determine the inventive concept from different perspectives, and then find accurate CPC classification according to the inventive concept, and finally confirm the searching strategy closely related to the inventive concept and CPC classification. This paper introduces three practical cases based on CPC classification searching strategies determined by the inventive concept applied in the field of gearing.
