摘要
在全球化和信息化时代,现代工程呈现出跨国性的复杂特点,急需加强工程伦理教育,培养工科学生的工程伦理技能。通过文献分析和比较研究,构建工程伦理推理的基本模型,并将科尔伯格的道德发展阶段论引入工程伦理教育分析;提出批判性思维直接决定工程伦理推理能力,影响工科学生道德判断水平,构成工程伦理技能的核心内容;建议将批判性思维列入高等工程教育培养目标,在工程伦理教学中应用批判性思维模型。
In the era of globalization and information,the modern engineering presents lots of complex characteristics,which result in the situation that engineering ethics education is urgently needed to be strengthened and undergraduate student engineering ethical competencies have to be developed. Through the literature analysis and comparative approach,build the engineering ethics reasoning model,and introduces the Kohlberg's Theory of Moral Development into the analysis of engineering ethics education.Critical thinking directly determines the ability of engineering ethics reasoning and the level of moral judgment of engineering students,so critical thinkingconstitutes the core content of engineering ethics skills; puts forward the idea of including critical thinking in the training objectives of advanced engineering education,and applies the critical thinking model in the teaching of Engineeringethics.
