理工科大学生人文素质缺乏的对策探析

当代大学生人文素质欠缺已是不争的事实,而这一现象在理工科院校尤为普遍。理工科大学生人文素质存在人文知识匮乏、人文精神弱化、人文能力不足的问题,主要是由社会环境的负效应、教育理念的误区、学生学习人文知识的内驱力不够、教育资源的缺乏造成的。高校应重视人文素质教育,优化整合课程体系;提升教师人文素质,加强教师队伍建设;建设人文校园,力促大学文化自觉;加大人文实践的力度,做到知行融合。

It is an indisputable fact that contemporary college students lack humanistic quality,which is especially common in Universities of science and engineering. The humanistic qualities of the university students have the problems of lack of humanistic knowledge,humanistic spirit and humanistic weakening ability,which is mainly caused by the negative effects of social environment and educational idea,the deficiency of students＇ misunderstanding of humanistic knowledge drive and the lack of educational resources. Attach great importance to humanistic quality education in Colleges and universities,optimize the whole curriculum system; improve the humanistic quality of teachers,strengthen the construction of teachers; construct humanistic campus,urged the university cultural consciousness; strengthen humanistic practice efforts,achieve knowledge fusion.
