中国—东盟信息化合作现状与发展前景

The Present Situation and Development Prospect of Cooperation on ICT between China and ASEAN

信息化合作是当前国家间合作的重要内容。东盟国家目前信息化发展水平参次不齐,但普遍都重视信息技术创新、信息产业发展和信息技术在经济社会各领域的应用。近几年来中国与东盟国家在网络通讯服务、信息产业、IT贸易以及信息安全等领域开展了广泛的合作。未来中国信息通讯技术(ICT)企业将加速国际化步伐,而处于快速增长阶段的东盟国家将对ICT产品与服务产生巨大需求,中国与东盟国家之间应推进基础设施互通、深化数字经济合作、加强网络安全协作、促进网络文化交流。

Cooperation on information and communication technology is an important content of cooperation between countries. The Informatization level varies greatly in Southeast Asian countries, but most ASEAN countries attach great importance to the innovation of information technology, information industry development and application of information technology in various fields of economy and society. In recent years, China and ASEAN countries have conducted extensive cooperation in internet communication services, information industry, IT trade and information security. In the future China＇s IT enterprises will accelerate the pace of internationalization, and most ASEAN which are supposed to enter a period of rapid growth, will have a huge demand for IT products and services. China and ASEAN countries should promote communication infrastructure, deepen the digital economy cooperation, strengthening the network security cooperation, and promote internet-cuhural exchanges.
