东南亚出境旅游中突发事件安全管理策略研究

Strategy Research on Safety Management of Outbound Tourism Emergency in Southeast Asia

旅游业是一项综合性产业,因自身的脆弱性、对环境依耐性强等特点,极易受到政治、经济、军事、流行疾病、自然灾害等突发事件的影响。凭借产品丰度、地缘关系及经济时间成本优势,赴东南亚旅游长期以来一直受到中国游客的追捧。随着东南亚出境游的迅速发展,突发事件也在频频发生,给游客的生命财产安全带来了严重威胁。本文以东南亚出境旅游中突发事件的安全管理为切入点,分析了东南亚出境旅游中突发事件安全管理现状、存在的不足,剖析了东南亚出境旅游中突发事件发生的主客观原因,并从政府、旅行社、游客三个维度提出了应对措施。

Tourism is a comprehensive industry, because of the characteristics of their own vulnerability, strong dependency on the environment, it is highly vulnerable to political, economic, military, epidemics, natural disasters and other emergencies. Because of the advantages of product abundance, geographical relationship and the economic cost and time, tourism to Southeast Asia has long been popular with Chinese people. With the rapid development of outbound tourism in Southeast Asia, emergencies are occurring frequently, which poses a serious threat to tourists＇ property and life safety. Based on safety management of the outbound tourism emergency in Southeast Asia as the breakthrough point, this paper analyzes the present situation, the existing problems, and also analyzes the subjective and objective causes. It also provides countermeasures from perspectives of the government, travel agencies, and tourists.
