社会责任与在非中国农业企业本土化策略分析——对坦桑尼亚某中资农场的工商人类学研究

Analysis on the Social Responsibility and Localization Strategy of China's Agricultural Enterprises in Africa——A Business Anthropology Research of One Chinese-funded Farm in Tanzania

本土化是中国农业企业在非经营的必经阶段,而履行社会责任有利于推动这一进程。中国农业企业在非履行社会责任的方式体现为创造就业,拉升经济,参与非洲当地社会公共事业,承担援助项目和传播农业技术。坦桑尼亚一中资农场的工商人类学研究表明:对内网利益相关者履行社会责任有利于企业人力资本及管理的本土化,对价值链利益相关者履行社会责任有利于企业营销的本土化,对非价值链利益相关者履行社会责任有利于企业公共关系及资源获取的本土化。究其根本,该中资农场将企业的关系文化与社会责任有机地结合,改善了企业与利益相关者的关系,而利益相关者作为企业的代理人推动了企业的本土化。

China＇s agricultural enterprises which do business in Africa have to pass the stage of localization, fulfillment of social responsibility is helpful to promote this process. The China＇s agricultural enterprises＇ performances on social responsibility are mainly embodied in providing jobs, pulling up economy, focusing on African local social public utilities, implementing aid projects and spreading agricultural technology. One case of Chinese-funded farm in Tanzania shows that to fulfill social responsibility to internal stakeholders is advantageous to the localization of human resources and management, to fulfill social responsibility to stakeholders on value chain is advantageous to the localization of marketing, to fulfill social responsibility to stakeholders off value chain is advantageous to the localization of public relations and resources. From deep view, this Chinese farm combines relationship culture with social responsibility to improve the relationship between enterprise and stakeholders. As the enterprise＇s agents, stakeholders promote the localization of this farm.
