摘要
目的了解四川省某市男男性行为者(MSM)艾滋病知识、性行为现状,并分析多性伴行为的影响因素,为进一步完善MSM人群的艾滋病防控策略提供参考依据。方法采用方便抽样的方法对2016年1—12月在VCT门诊做咨询检测的MSM开展匿名式问卷调查,用SPSS 18.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果共调查268名MSM,艾滋病知识知晓率为91.79%。文化程度、职业、首次性行为年龄及最近半年安全套使用频率是MSM最近半年多性伴行为的影响因素。结论 MSM知行分离现象较严重,应充分利用互联网,重点加强对该人群的行为干预服务。
OBJECTIVE To understand the HIV related knowledge, sexual behaviors, analysis the influencing factors of multiple sexu- al partner behavior among men who have sex with men（MSM）, so as to provide scientific evidence of prevention and control for AIDS in MSM. METHODS 268 MSM were selected to answer the questionnaire. Software SPSS 18.0 was used for statistical analysis. RE- SULTS The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge among MSM was 91.79%. The education level, profession, age of first sexual behavior and the use of condom in the last anal sexual behavior were the influencing factors of multiple sexual partner behavior. CON- CLUSION The knowledge and behaviors of MSM were separated, internet should be more used to make interventions among MSM.
