不同材质针具隔姜灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Different Material Acupuncture Moxibustion with Ginger on Lumbar disc Herniation

目的观察不同材质针具隔姜灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选取60例符合纳入标准的腰椎间盘突出症患者,采取随机对照的临床试验方法,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组采用银质针加多功能艾灸仪隔姜灸治疗,对照组采用不锈钢针隔姜灸治疗。治疗3次后和治疗10次后,使用国际公认的疼痛VAS视觉模拟评分法和JOA腰痛疗效量表评分,观察临床疗效。结果两组治疗后与治疗前比较,均能不同程度地减轻腰椎间盘突出症患者的症状和体征,有效提高患者的日常生活能力(P<0.01),且治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论相对于不锈钢针隔姜灸疗法,银质针隔姜灸疗法可以有效改善腰椎间盘突出症引起的腰腿痛。

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of ginger moxibustion with different materials for treating lumbar disc hernia- tion. METHODS 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. Treatment group was treated by silver needle moxibustion instrument function add ginger moxibus- tion therapy, wlile the control group using stainless steel needle ginger moxibustion. After 3 treatments and 10 times after treatment, the internationally accepted pain visual analogue scale（VAS） and the JOA low back pain scale were used to observe the clinical effica- cy. RESULTS Compared the two groups before and after treatment, ould alleviate the symptoms and signs of patients with lumbar disc herniation, effectively improve the patient＇ s ability of daily life（P〈0.01）, and the efficacy of treatment group was significantly better than the control （P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION Compared with the stainless steel needle ginger moxibustion therapy, the silver needle gin- ger moxibustion therapy ould effectively improve the lumbar and lumbar pain caused by lumbar disc herniation.
