长治矿区矸石物理力学特性测试及分析 被引量:1

摘要 矸石的岩石物理力学特性在充填开采中至关重要,为研究长治矿区矸石的物理力学特性,将矸石分为7种级配。在特制的矸石压缩桶中,应用MTS815.02电液伺服岩石力学试验系统对矸石进行压实实验,分别测出矸石的碎涨系数、应力应变关系、压实容重、变形模量和时间应变关系。结果表明,均匀配比试件具有以下特性:碎涨系数最小;相同应力条件下应变最小;相同应力条件下压实容重最大;相同应力条件下变形模量最大;一定应力条件下相同的时间内应变最小。故在选择充填材料配比时,应选择均匀配比。 The physical and mechanical property of gangue was crucial for backfill mining. To study the physical and mechanical properties of gangue in Changzhi mining area, the gangue was classified into seven gradations. In a specially made gangue compression drum, the MTS815.02 electro-hydraulic servo rock mechanics test system was adopted to carry out compression experiment on gangue. As a result, the relations between stress and strain, compaction bulk density, deformation modulus and time strain relation of gangue were obtained as well as crushing system of gangue. The result showed that the evenly-proportioned test specimen had following properties: the minimum crushing coefficient was, the strain was the smallest under the same stress condition; under the same stress condition, ff the compacted bulk density was the largest, the modulus of deformation was the largest as well; the strain was minimum in the same time under certain stress condition. Therefore, the uniform ratio should he selected when choosing the ratio of filling material.
