叶酸合成新方法研究

Study on a new synthetic method of folic acid

设计了一种合成叶酸的新方法,即以4-【[(2-氨基-3,4-二氢-4-氧代-6-蝶啶基)甲基]氨基】苯甲酰肼为原料制备叶酸,并对反应温度、溶剂等条件进行筛选,以67%收率得到叶酸,新方法收率高、不产生废水,降低了对环境的污染。

A new synthetic method of folie acid was designed, which started with 4-[ [（2-amino-4-oxo-3,4-dihydropteridin -6-yl）methyl]amino]benzohydrazide.The reaction effect faetors,sueh as temperature and solvent,were studied.In the optimum condition,the yield reached 67%.The new method avoids to product waste water and reduces the pollution to the environment.
