掘锚一体机使用存在的问题及改进措施

Improvement measures and existing problems of digging and anchoring machine

掘锚一体机是随着我国煤矿采煤发展制造出来的新型设备,适应新时代的煤矿掘进工作,但在掘锚一体机应用到具体煤矿工作面时,发现存在一些不足。针对这一问题,以掘锚一体机在霍州煤电集团吕梁山煤电有限公司方山店坪煤矿5-3021巷掘进工作面实际应用为例,分析在应用中出现的问题,提出相应的解决措施,保证煤矿掘进作业的正常进行。

Digging and anchoring machine was a new type machine manufactured with development of coal mining and suitable for modem coal mine driving. But it had some deficiencies when it was applied in concrete workin face. Based on these problems and taking practical use of digging and anchoring machine in 5-3021 roadway driving face as an example, the problems existed in application were analyzed, relevant resloving measures were put forward and normal operation of coal mine driving was ensured.
