摘要
介绍了某矿掘进巷道设备及具体锚杆支护流程。应用有限元法对巷道有无锚杆支护情况下的顶板应力进行分析,探讨锚杆直径与间距对巷道顶板应力的影响。分析结果表明:采用锚杆支护的巷道顶板应力比不支护应力减小15%;顶板应力随着锚杆直径的增大而减小,随着锚杆间距的增大而增大。同时在综合考虑强度与成本的前提下,以该矿实例对锚杆支护参数进行了优化。分析结果为实际锚杆参数的选择提供科学依据。
Roadway equipment and specific bolt support flow in a mine were introduced. Finite element method was used to analyze roof stress under condition of roadway excavation with or without bolt support, and the influence of bolt diameter and spacing on roof stress was analyzed. The results showed that roof stress with bolt support was smaller than that of the no-bolt roadway, which could be reduced by 15 %. The roof stress decreased with increasement of bolt diameter, and increased with increasement of bolt spacing. At the same time, the bolt support parameters were optimized under premise of comprehensive strength and cost. The results provided reference for selection of actual bolt parameter.
