基于T-KPLS的重介质选煤过程运行状态评价

摘要 以当前应用较广的重介质洗煤工艺及过程为研究背景,详细介绍了重介质洗煤的工作原理和工艺过程,对重介质洗煤过程中关键量进行说明,并对关键参数测控原理进行介绍。然后对重介质洗选煤过程运行状态进行数据建模,以便后续对运行状态进行评价,最后运用核全潜结构投影法(T-KPLS)对重介质洗煤运行状态进行评价,以便对重介质洗选煤工艺或过程量进行调整。 Based on widely used heavy medium coal washing technology and its process, working principles and craft process d heavy medium coal washing were introduced in detail. Meanwhile, key quantities in the process as well as key pmmneter measurements and control principles were described. Then, data mode] of washing process in dense medium was set up, which was convenient to evaluate its following running state. At last, the nuclear submerged structure projection ( T - KPLS ) method wea used to evaluate operation state of heavy medium coal washing in order to adjust washing process or process quantity of heavy medium.
