摘要
以某购物中心工程项目为例,通过对大底盘建筑内步行街消防设计中存在的相关设计难点进行研究。在分析现有建筑结构的基础上,利用消防安全工程学原理对大底盘建筑内步行街的消防设计进行分析,提出当疏散楼梯的前室门距离室外不大于15 m时,疏散走道参照扩大前室进行设计,当疏散楼梯的前室门距离室外大于15 m时,疏散走道参照避难走道进行设计。通过设定火灾场景,模拟计算可用疏散时间和必需疏散时间,验证设计方案的可行性。
Taking a shopping mall engineering project as an example, the problems in the fire design of pedestrian street in building with enlarged base were studied. Based on the analysis of existing building structure, the fire safety of the pedestrian street in build- ing with enlarged base was analyzed by fire safety engineering principle. It was suggested that,when the distance between the staircase door of evacuation stairway is less than 15 m, the evacuation walk should be designed according to the enlarged antechamber, while the distance is more than 15 m, the evacuation walk should be designed according to fire protection evacuation walk. By setting fire scene, and simulate the available evacuation time and necessary evacuation time, the feasibility of the design was verified.
