悬空式格栅类吊顶对喷头灭火效果的影响 被引量:3

The impact of grid ceiling on nozzle's fire-extinguishing performance

摘要 以方型格栅和U型方通这两种常见的通透性吊顶和常见喷头及布置方式为对象,研究格栅吊顶对喷头灭火性能及现场烟气的影响。调整喷头类型、数量、距顶棚的位置,设置4个工况进行分析,得出各工况的灭火时间、温度分布。研究表明,使用同样的格栅时,下垂型喷头较直立型灭火性能好;当设置高度一定时,喷头设置在格栅下方的灭火效果较上方好;当设置同样的下垂式喷头时,方型格栅吊顶对灭火效果影响较大。 With square grille ceiling and U square tube ceiling and normal layout of nozzles, the fire extinguishment performance of nozzle affected by ceiling was researched. Four scenarios with dif- ferent type, number and location of nozzles were set to get the fire extinguishing time and temperature distribution. Compared with upright nozzle, the pendant nozzle performs better in fire extin guishment in the presence of grid. When grid is set al a certain height in a place where grid ceiling is used, nozzles arranged be neath the grid show more superior reliability than those above the grid. Square grille ceiling has a greater impact on the fire suppression effect with the same pendant nozzles.
